The tank body is made of 316L and 304 stainless steel. The inner wall of the tank and the polishing and cleaning of the mixing shaft and blade mirror surface meet the requirements of GMP. The transmission part is driven horizontally, which makes the whole power part lower than the current domestic products, compact in structure, easy to fold, and balanced in transmission.
The agitator shaft adopts two layers of large shaft diameter, low rotation, high torque flat propeller and anchor propeller. The agitator agitates smoothly and uses the glue to heat evenly during the whole gelling process, so that the melted glue guarantees high quality. This type of chemical glue tank can not only reliably guarantee the gelatin freezing force, viscosity, moisture and other technologies, but also save energy, improve the working environment.
